Returns and refunds

At Jillbug.com, we want you to love every product you receive! Because of the nature of beauty and personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy below:

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products (including skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care items).

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Request a Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
